Charlotte has turned FIVE today! How can she possibly be five? She was just a baby not long ago!
The cake is “Chocolate Raspberry Heart” from Nigella Lawson’s Feast. The kids didn’t like the raspberries in the cream, though it made a great pink filling and the tartness of the berries offset the sweetness of the cake. I topped the chocolate ganache with “fairy dust”. Mmmmmmm…. Sugar on sugar!
